CARBO LOADER is a high energy sport beverage especially developed to top up the reserves of carbohydrates. This beverage supports the glycogen storage vefore competition and shortens the recovery time during training camps. It is also ideal to assist a creatine intake (100-200ml).
New studies (Bussau et al., Eur J Appl Physiol 87, 2002: 290-295) show that glycogen reserves can be completely topped up during a one day carbo-loading.
